Alex Khor

Mr. Khor accumulates more than 30 years of working experience in the field of financial reporting, financial management, corporate finance and capital advisory transactions. He founded KBS Capital Partners in 2004 and over the past 18 years, completed many corporate advisory and finance projects including IPO facilitation, merger * acquisition, private equity project fund-raising and corporate restructuring projects. Mr. Khor graduated from ACCA professional exam in 1998 and awarded MBA degree from University of Leicester, UK in 2004. Currently, he is a member as Chartered Accountants of ISCA, Singapore and MIA, Malaysia. He also holds as independent director and audit committee chairman in 2 of the listed companies in HKSE and directorship in private equity company.
